Coaches recognise that they have important responsibilities to youngsters and parents/guardians. These responsibilities include:
1. Showing respect and consideration to players at all times
2. To be aware of issues concerning Child Protection and to ensure the safety of players.
3. To plan and prepare coaching/training sessions to account for different ability groups.
4. To facilitate the development of new skills.
5. To develop an ethos of support and consideration for others.
6. To encourage sportsmanship and courtesy to officials and opponents.
7. To provide an environment where cricket is played in fun & enjoyable way.
8. To support and encourage excellence for those who wish to achieve.
